Business & Event Applicant Agreement

• The information you submit is accurate, current, and provided by someone authorized to represent the business, organization, or event.
• You are responsible for keeping your listing information up to date.
• For event listings, you are responsible for notifying Tashbeek of any changes after submission — including changes to date, time, location, cancellation, admission details, or contact information.

Tashbeek is a curated community directory, not an open search engine. All listings are reviewed before publication, and submission does not guarantee approval.

Tashbeek and IntegRiva Consulting, LLC may approve, decline, edit for clarity, suspend, or remove a listing when reasonably necessary to protect the quality and trust of the directory.

Businesses and event organizers are independently responsible for:

• Following applicable laws and regulations
• Maintaining required licenses, permits, certifications, and insurance
• Providing accurate pricing and service information
• Treating customers professionally and fairly
• Delivering the products, services, or events they advertise

Tashbeek is not a party to transactions or agreements between businesses, event organizers, and consumers.

By submitting photos, logos, descriptions, or other promotional content, you confirm you have permission to use them.

You allow Tashbeek to use your approved listing information and promotional materials to display and promote your business or event across the Tashbeek directory, website, social media, newsletters, and related community activities.

By applying for a Tashbeek listing, you agree that Tashbeek and IntegRiva Consulting, LLC may contact you about:

• Your listing or application
• Community events and bazaars
• Networking and collaboration opportunities
• Promotions, special offers, and sponsorships
• Other Tashbeek or IntegRiva opportunities relevant to the business community

You may unsubscribe from optional promotional emails at any time.

Personal applicant information not intended for the public listing will not be publicly displayed or sold. Tashbeek may use trusted service providers as needed to operate the website, process payments, communicate with applicants, or provide technical services.

Being listed on Tashbeek does not guarantee customers, leads, sales, attendance, revenue, or any specific business result.

Before submitting your application:

• I confirm that the information I submitted is accurate and that I am authorized to submit this business or event.
• I agree to the Tashbeek Business & Event Applicant Agreement, Privacy Policy, and Listing Terms.
• I understand that I am responsible for notifying Tashbeek of any changes to my business information or event details — including date, time, location, cancellation, admission, or contact changes — after submission.
• I agree that Tashbeek and IntegRiva Consulting, LLC may contact me regarding my listing, events, networking opportunities, promotions, and related business opportunities.
