TashbeekDMV community connect

Clear boundaries for community data.

How Tashbeek handles public directory information, private applicant details, and account data.

Information we collect

Visitors may browse the public directory without an account. Applicants provide an email identity, contact details, listing content, images, consents, and payment records needed to review and manage a listing.

Administrative records may include internal notes, review decisions, revision history, and audit events. These records are never part of public directory exports.

What becomes public

Only approved public listing fields are published. These may include a business or event name, description, category, region, public contact channels, website, hours, services, event details, and approved images.

Applicant contact details marked private, internal notes, authentication data, and payment records are not published.

How information is used

Tashbeek uses information to authenticate applicants, review listings, request edits, collect approved fees, publish accepted content, protect the service, and understand aggregate directory activity.

We do not sell personal information. Service providers receive only the information required to operate hosting, storage, authentication, email delivery, and payment workflows.

Your choices

Applicants may update eligible fields, request corrections, or ask for archival through their account or by contacting Tashbeek. Some records are retained when needed for financial, consent, security, or audit obligations.
